Egnatius Proculus (c. 167 - aft. 219) was a Roman soldier and politician.
He was a son of Aulus Egnatius Priscillianus and wife. His brother was Lucius Egnatius Victor.
He became a Consul Suffectus in 219.
He married and had a son Quintus Egnatius Proculus. He was the uncle of Egnatia Mariniana, wife of Valerianus and mother of Gallienus.
